True. This will be a big test. But the "in your face" reliance on coordinators is a public response to Les having declining success while hiring his buddy and failure to jettison other assistants quick enough when underperforming.

Don't confuse that with uniqueness. Many other schools, nay- most other schools, have the same reliance.

The touting of it could lead to disaster, or a self-feeding cycle. This is just the positive possibility, only a possibility... think about it this way: CEO is very public in his reliance on coordinators and letting them do their thing. So when the time comes and a replacement is needed that reputation could lead to the best of the best coming to us, instead of having to chase them down. Couple that with LSU's history of paying assistants very well, which has increased under CEO.
