I could have sworn lsu beat the crap out of BYU last night ???
It was amazing, LSU ran about 6 different plays out of 50 different formations
And dominated BYU, and the defense pitched a shut out!!!!! But the I open the rant and the sky is falling , fire everyone, is this why we hired Canada..........

The retard is strong with some on this board , lol . Geaux tigahs !!!!!!

A 27 point win isn't enough for some people. FFS.

Cant judge off one game.

Unless O had lost. Then judge away and thump. Chests about being right about him.

Most negatigers are still in love with Miles. They need to get over it and get behind the Tigers. They played HARD last night.

Same people thought the 2012 game in the dome was the worst beat down ever. LSU just beat BYU worse and actually didn't let BYU cross the 50.

(For the those unaware LSU did cross the 50 once in 2012)

Now a team some experts had winning and near everyone had as a close game. Is deemed southwest Idaho by these people.

Did we not learn from the Miles era that it isn't enough to win consistently?

what was missing from the game and what would have made it more satisfying for the fans would have been scoring more touchdowns in the red zone and Guice breaking off at least one long run. Only 2 touchdowns in the first 6 trips in the red zone was disappinting to everyone, including the coaches and players I'm sure. As far as the passing game, Etling's passes still look soft to me. He did step through and put zip on a couple of throws, which was good to see. But aesthetics is not a consideration when he had as efficient a game as he did last night. Will see how the passing game really is when LSU faces stiffer competition, which probably will not be next week. The flashes from CEH were promising.

Defensively, negative 5 yards rushing and a scoring shutout are beautiful stats. I hope next weekend is much the same. Would have liked to see more penetration and sacks from the interior linemen. The return of Key to full form, could be the difference in whether this team can make a run for a championship.
