My csb is we have days at work that the kids can use as "Educational Opportunities" outside of the classroom. They fill out a form a week ahead of time and I approve/deny the request. They have to follow up with a one page essay summarizing their experience.
I had 7 kids that went to a robotics competition for a non-school team. Those little bastards collaborated on Google Docs to do the essay. I couldn't even be mad at it.
