Orgeron is a better fit for the program overall. Herman would have been a gamble IMO. I'm glad things turned out how they did

Herman was not without risk, no doubt. But at least we watched him run his own program successfully, and he did pretty well.

Pretty hard to guess how O is going to do, considering we have no true data within the last 10 years. (which is apparently the statute of limitations when it comes to coaching, at least according to this board)

Besides Canada, his other hires were quite risky in themselves.
