Wondering what you guys think are the best outdoor security cameras. Will be using them for my house, so I was wanting something that's not to big and looks decent.

EDIT: Sorry for the vague post yes I want wireless. I would like 4 outdoor cameras at least and 1 or 2 inside. Also I am not saying I want to have to rob a bank to pay for them, but I will pay more money for better equipment. I would like 1 or 2 terabyte storage in the recording device. I also don't want huge cameras hanging off my house. Hope that helps, and thanks for any advice.

Pretty vague post. Maybe try laying out more specifics of what you are looking for. Budget, number cameras, wired or wireless?

But yes. Get some cameras.

You can get all that professionally installed with a wired system for a little over a thousand dollars. For a few hundred more you can upgrade to POE cameras with higher resolution.

I am not in the business but everyone I have talked to has told me that the wired cameras are infinitely more reliable than the wireless ones.

Do you plan on installing them your self? Why do you want wireless?

I've had the Amcrest 960H for about 8 months now. It works great. 4 camera wired system, but is expandable for additional cameras. About $250 on amazon.

You have a lot to choose from but since you're into "decent" ones, you can opt to either canary or arlo pro. They both have amazing speak and hear thru the cam feature. We love it. The night vision is a great too. Though arlo pro is quite pricey and battery is quite sensitive. I think these details can explain further.
