Surely you can't be serious.
So what if instead of smashing the guy on the ground, he would have choked him out? I mean, don't be drunk guy! Or better yet, what if he just pulled out his gun and blew his head off. He was drunk in public after all, his fault so anything that happens to him is deserved, right?

So if cops start slamming students or fans to the ground for being publicly drunk while tailgating this season, you'd be okay with that?
