What if he wasn't drunk, and he pulled his arm away trying to get away from the cuffs? You already hinted that we shouldn't worry about him because he was a wasted short guy

If you get so drunk that you don't know or understand how you should act during an arrest then law enforcement shouldn't cater to you and make exceptions so that you don't get hurt

But I wouldn't expect you to see it that way from the comfort of your sofa. Maybe you should get out and mix it up with these pieces of shite and you would see that there isn't any room for "firmly telling them" what to do.

This is 100% horse shite, and about as anti-American as it gets. Law enforcement should do absolutely everything in their power and control to ensure they do not injure people who are not posing a physical threat. If you believe the guy in the video is posing any kind of physical threat, nobody here can help you.
