Court orders are issued for a reason, to instruct. Failure to follow instruction is met with penalty.

So if a right leaning judge had ordered the sheriff to arrest and hold for trial all illegals then you're okay with that. Good to know.

You make several questionable assumptions in arriving at that statement. The most prominent is that foundational logic for any court order is infallible. But perhaps the most egregious is that a court is infallible and should view itself that way. Then by corollary a juryless verdict must also be infallible. Therefore the motivation for refusal of the right to trial by jury, and abrogation of 6th Amendment rights, is held as unimportant.
