That is not what he means. They have taken many steps to lower the skill gap. That is not a good thing to high end pvp players. Some people enjoy being competitive. It's fun.
Trials was hands down my favorite gaming experience over the last 3 years.
With that said I have high hopes for Destiny PVP but I am worried.

I'm mostly messing with him, and I can understand how some of that could annoy the more serious players. For me, if it's something I can get into and enjoy doing with the short amount of gaming time I have, I'm good. I'll occasionally look at stats but it's not a big deal for me.
