He lives in my neighborhood. Pretty low key. Three of the seasons houses he's done for his show are in my neighborhood. The one he did his last season (with the indoor bowling alley) he fricked up. He did some electrical work not to code and couldn't pass inspection to get a CO. That was almost a year ago. When I drive by there every day there's still electrical contractor's vans or his truck in the driveway. He must've taken a bath on that one. His house and one of the other season's house in our community came out nice. This one with the problems looks kind of tacky and schmaltzy.
