I'm 17' above sea level. not really worried bout flooding, just no power for days probably. Went to buy a generator and lowes and HD both sold out.

Craigslist listings for generators under $400.
There are a bunch. For our last hurricane, I told all my neighbors to fill their gas cans and we would save everyone's freezers. We also all met in my driveway with coffeepots and everybody had coffee in the morning.
Having a generator almost guarantees you will not need it.
