you do realize that these tire ratings are self generated provided by the tire manufacturers themselves to the US govt. No government agency tests these tires. SO it's a general guide to compare different model tires of the same brand but are meaningless comparing different brands.
But generally Michelin tires will give you the best service and tread life. But you still must rotate regularly and check and adjust your tire pressure (when the tires are cold) frequently.
