Man, that could be anything.
He could've drunkenly jumped into a private pool with a girl trying to be adventurous or he could've been breaking into Colin Cowherd's summer home to take a dump on his couch.

Yeah, but at the same time why the arrest? Most people in Jackson Hole are pretty laid back, to be arrested for going somewhere you weren't supposed to be he must have really tried. There's also unreal money in JH, the point where you don't simply arrest random people because it could be a Walton (Walmart), Gates kid, etc. and blow up in your face.
So I'm guessing he was likely drunk and with a woman and took it far enough that it was likely worth being arrest over. Not just something like getting drunk and sneaking into a hot tub.
