In all seriousness, $440 is going to be the cash option on the jackpot (vice annuity), so your after tax income is probably going to be closer to $300 to $320.
But that's still 1/3 of a billion dollars. You take that money to a financial expert. You pay him half a million a year or so to manage it and draw an allowance of between $1 and $1.2 million per month and leave all of the principal to your kids.
That's great-grandchildren elevating money, right there.

No doubt, you would never have to touch the winnings to live an incredible life.
Hell, you could put it in a CD at regions back and bring home $5M interest per year.
