I was coming to say Troy also. One of the least enjoyable games for both temp and actual game I've ever attended.

Flip side, hottest had to be Florida a few years ago or app state that got moved to mid day for a hurricane I think it was.

I agree this is the coldest I have been at an LSU game. The tailgate was cold as was the game.
