One of the alt-left's big priorities is getting rid of the First Amendment.

Predicted this was coming for a while

frick them if they are able to get "hate speech" laws enacted. Seriously, I will fricking move out of this bitch if hate speech laws go out. We can't keep up with the court system as IT IS!
You want more people in prisons?
They will fricking cancel out any prison sentences removed from marijuana legalization, and they will increase jail sentences 10x with "hate speech" laws.
Who would get to decide what "hate speech" is anyways?

No other group uses so many avenues to shut down free speech as the left does. It's comical to imply that some groups have greater acesss to free speech because of money and position when the left runs all of media and academia. Two places where they have basically unfettered ability to control speech.

Good luck.
They have to deal with the 2nd Amendment to deal with the 1st.
The Founding Fathers predicted this.

Substitute "Marxist" anywhere you see "Critical" in an academic setting.

Who is to decide what hate speech is.
Today people define it as ideas or things they do not agree with as hate speech or they call it offensive.

As an attorney, this author is embarrassing. It's even more embarrassing that a law school has her on staff. I went to law school with plenty of far left wing liberals but they still respected the constitution, for better or worse.

Supreme Court just upheld hate speech in June in the Slants decision.

Though everyone knows what she was thinking when she wrote this, let's break this down:
History (the will of certain people) is more important that what is right (free speech as protected by the US Constitution) and if and when that will overcomes that right, then you'll be sorry you stood for what was right.
Pretty fricking disgusting. Hitler, Stalin and Mao would all be proud.

Dude, STOP saying alt-left. The alt-left doesn't exist. That term just exists to spurn hate and division. Can't you get that through your head you alt-right Nazi piece of shite! Listen I support free speech and I'm all about love but your speech should be banned and I hate you.
