Read an interview at Watchers on The Wall with the director where he was asked about that and he said there was no intention to show anything with that. The interviewer suggested it might have been water splashing on the pommel from Jon coming out of the water and he said basically "yeah, lets go with that"

I'm almost positive it was just the reflection of Jon getting out of the water.
