Raven makes it to Dragonstone in 2-3 days.

I know the guy made some calculations, but I think he's wrong. First IMO GRRM chose ravens because they're cooler than pigeons. IRL they'd have been using pigeons like the rest of mankind throughout history. Or perhaps in fictional Westeros ravens are as good or better than pigeons. "Racing Homing Pigeons have been clocked flying 92.5 mph average speed on a 400 mile race." LINK

If you go to Google Maps and pick a location in the North Sea around where Britain has that big cutout/bay on the east side, that's roughly where Dragon Stone would be. If you follow that all the way to Scotland and the northern most parts of the island, you're looking at between 350-400 miles as the crow flies. 400 miles/92.5 MPH = 4.3 Hours

Maybe I am off but I remember reading somewhere that Westeros is supposed to be the size of South America even though it roughly resembles the shape of the UK.

Edit: I'm not sure what that would do to these calculations but it would obviously be longer.

Westeros is MUCH larger than Britain

Think South America.
