we aren't that bad up front and will improve as the year progresses. yes, injuries can derail that; so can an injury to etling or guice. but who can forecast that?

We aren't bad, but we aren't good either up front. Clapp is good, Malone and Weatherby can run block decent enough, but that's about as much of a known there is to this OL. You should always forecast some OL injuries regardless. The problem is if the wrong guys get injured.

On paper, we are scary thin at OL (one injury probably makes us a weak OL), weak at QB, and average at best at WR.

Could Canada help things and a bunch of new faces make big impacts? Sure. But nobody is sure of that. In fact, it's definitely below 50% that it happens, IMO.
