I should've clarified. I know the rent houses won't be turned directly into subsidized housing.
Was more of a general comment. Although - It all depends on if there is a buyers market for the areas containing a large number of STR properties.

That's not what I meant
"Changing the character" of neighborhoods is only a negative when poors/minorities are being forced out. It's positive when they are moving in.
