It's been proven time and time again that stats are completely meaningless. I have no idea why people still pay any attention to them. The offense will be fine, Canada isn't going to install everything at once, it's going to be steps.

We might make some mistakes but I think the offense as a whole will offset any mistakes. This will and can be a big play threat type of offense in several different ways. I'm excited to see it. We are finally going to see guys like, Ducre, Clyde, Washington, Moore, Moreau, Pettigrew, Drake, Dillion, Gage, all involved and getting touches in various ways. I'm excited to see it.

If you haven't seen the new article where Aranda describes this years defense as "here we are what you going to do about it" then you should really look for it and read. I believe every word too. This defense will be ferocious.

That quote was talking about last year's defense. He was saying that last year he didn't do too much scheme wise because he didn't have to. The defense was salty enough for him to just have them lineup and play.

In that article he says how this year will be different because we have the players to do more things from a scheme point of view.

I'm not disagreeing with the premise of your post, but he actually said this about last year's defense and that this year wouldn't be so obvious about who we are or what's coming.
