Everyone thinks I'm crazy when I say it, but we need to do like the Ancient Romans. If you falsely accused someone of a crime then you suffered the punishment of that crime. Falsely accuse someone of rape? Get the same jail sentence of a rapist.

Likewise, if a cop, prosecutor, judge, or whomever illegally works to accuse, try, or convict someone of a crime they didn't commit (like planting evidence or pursuing an innocent man just to pad your conviction rate) then send these people to jail as if they committed the crime. Dirty cop plants evidence in a murder case? Send the cop to jail for murder. That'll put an end to that shite quick.
