Thanks. I always had perfect eyesight until middle age bit me. Started out needing readers, now my intermediate and distance is going. Have not checked into Lasix yet but I would like to in the future.

Does Lasix work for someone that's prescription is still changing yearly?

LASIK docs recommend that your prescription be stable for at least a year or two. That's why many suggest you wait until mid-20s or so for it to settle in.

Lasix with an x is a diuretic. They often give it to racehorses to treat bleeding in the lungs.

I would get a consultation about the surgery. Most of the places will give u a free consult. It would definitely be worth your time if you are a good candidate.

Just do some research on the clinic you choose. Some are better than others.
