I think you need to read those numbers again and look at what they're trying to say, broseph

I know they average out as a slowing process over the 10 years but the averages increase if you shorten the time frame. you can show anything you want in a small picture.
my point is its a bullshite argument typical of gumbo and his ilk, they cherry pick data, when the overall trend is still up. If this data set was extended further into the warming anomaly averages moves up to between 1.2 to 1.5 ish depending on what chart you choose to look at.

What's considered a "big picture" in the global climatological scheme? 100 years?

The Earth has been on a general warming trend for the last 12,000-15,000 years, or, since the most recent Ice Age.
That trend continues.

Stop with your propaganda. Right now we are in a tailspin of epic destruction.
A nuclear winter is approaching. That is bound to throw a monkey wrench into all this nonsense.

Hasn't there been a proposal to release something into the stratosphere to help cool the earth?

Then why is it raining so much in nola?
Because the cooler air cannot hold as much moisture, duh!
BS Climate Change Strategies:
1) Sea levels gonna rise with the decreased atmospheric water content due to cooling!
2) Sea levels gonna rise due to ice melts due to heating!
Cures proposed:
Give us your money!

I have never heard of that. If something like that actually existed, you would think they'd be all over...nevermind, that would be the last thing they'd want out.
