At a place like LSU, never.

Both Alabama and LSU get elite players. However, Alabama wins national championships and dominates LSU every year. LSU puts more players in the NFL than Alabama but loses to Alabama every year and gets lucky to get to go to a middle of the road bowl game. What's the difference? Obviously coaching. Hence, we had to make a coaching change because Les Miles wasn't cutting it. So hopefully Coach O can pick up the slack and bring our football program where it needs to be, at elite status because 8 - 4 and 9 - 3 at LSU is not going to get it.
