they most certainly do not
most often they err on the high side of required parking spaces, drive lane width, etc

Then why is it that all the newest restaurants in town have far too few spots? Speaking of, weren't you the GC on the BRQ project? Case in point. They are so packed on the weekends, the cars have to spill over into the lot next door and jump over the ditch. It's a great problem that these places are so popular that people are beating down their door, but to act like all these places in town have remotely acceptable amount of parking is joke.

Bistro Byronz on Govt, K Street Grill, The Merchant, Olive or Twist/Rum House, the up and coming Superior is about to have issues with this....I am pointing out the obvious.
