Actually Cajun Contractors is the General Contractor - which is surprising as they are not typically in the commercial construction industry - much less a restaurant which in itself has a lot more than a typical commercial build.

But they have done a complete gut addition and renovation which is tons of work and a restaurant kitchen takes a tremendous amount of work not to mention inspections, permits, fire marshall sign off etc...
