this is hard for me to fathom because the two daycare centers that my son has been in required a pin code to even get in the door as well as a computer systems to check my son in and out of day care. They also give us a daily log of how long he naps and how many times he went to the bathroom

Mine is like that too, but when I was looking around some of the daycares were horrible. And they weren't even that much cheaper. 850 a month vs 500-600 a month made a huge difference in the quality of care.
