In 13 games last season for Pitt, Peterman threw for 2855 and 27 TD's.
Can Etling exceed that? Maybe.
However, we know that Guice and the RB's will still (likely) be the focal point of the offense. Also, I think many would say the SEC (as a whole) plays better defense than the ACC. I don't see many SEC teams giving up 50, 60, 70 ppg.
If he is close to Peterman's numbers, then Etling and LSU have had a really good year.
