Then decide there is no wrong answer only different and ya decide what ya like. Some rum is fortified with grain and the wife is gluten intolerant, so we go with Bacardi gold guaranteed to be gluten free for our house rum. I like all rums and bourbons cold but not over ice. Course das just me.
