I've said it a couple of times on here and I'll say it again. KOTH was one of the best written shows of all time and the most underappreciated show ever. I don't think people really learned to see the true depth of the show till it went to Adult Swim.

By far Mike Judges best work IMO. You wanna talk about realism? It doesn't get any realer than KOTH.

Lucky was a terrible character.

Could've been written way better as the character itself had so much potential even tho TP did a stellar job in voicing it.

it could be interesting to see how Hank Hill reacts to what's going on in 2017

The show did suffer when Judge and Daniels became less involved in later seasons. The show was great because it really did a great job of making a middle class town with relatable characters.

I'm torn on the time frame I want.

Keep everyone same age.

Age them the time they've been off air. Minimum 7 years probably closer to 9 when it airs so Bobby is out of high school and Hank and the gang are late 50's

I could honestly have seen Hank Hill at a Trump rally wearing his MAGA hat

But Hank would disapprove of the things trump has said and done. No way he supports someone who said "grab em by the pussy "

Dale Gribble would've been a riot at a Trump rally

I always thought it was interesting that King of the Hill was an animated show that didn't need to be one.

As far as I know, the show never resorted to using the rules of animated characters.

No I would say when it went to FX. Me and by brothers would watch it every day. It's got something for everybody. Takes a bit to get acclimated to characters, but I agree it is one of the best shows ever and does seem under appreciated for how good it was.

Why was it canceled in the first place? Was it to make room for the Cleveland Show?

Bobby as a mid 20s right out of college kid moving back home would be an awesome first episode. Goddangit Bobby, when I was a kid we didn't move home. And tomorrow I'm getting you a job at Strickland.

Hank could also be raising Cotton's son so you get the old generation in Hank, the post college generation with Bobby and then middle school with GH.

Reminds me of this comic strip with Bobby Hill, Bart Simpson and Chris Griffin.
