So 12-14 percent of the total US population means they are 12-14 percent in every county? are you serious?
Take a closer look, the majority of these counties are going to have a far higher than 12% black population I would wager.
To the OP....
The reason they are so liberal is this -- successful whites surrounded by poor blacks feel GUILTY.
Poor blacks surrounded by anything hate whitey aka republicans.
It is not rocket science people.
