Maybe he'll get around to the fact we shouldn't be trying to bring back the war on drugs and marijuana should be 100% legal.

Opioid usage is decreasing in places where weed is legal. And increasing where it's illegal. Same goes for deaths via Opioid OD.
So... Yes. Opioid usage and marijuana usage have an inverse relationship. And it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that.
