I was thinking that if you took all the full time pathologist throughout the USA except NOLA, added all their salaries then divided by body count, you'd find that the NOLA pathologist are grossly under paid.

Elder and Kanter are both ED physicians, although those figures are almost assuredly only a portion of their annual incomes.
