Usual Suspects by far. I knew the twist in Sixth Sense 5 minutes into the movie. I hadn't seen any spoilers, only knew that there was a twist. Ruined it for my wife and kid too.
Usual Suspects is the GOAT ending.
ETA: "There never was an Aaron" is #2.

Watched this one again the other day. Good movie.

Yep. I hate it when reviews tell us there is a surprise twist. Well, it's not a surprise anymore MF.
Now I'm looking for it, and I predicted the twists in The Crying Game, The Sixth Sense, and The Usual Suspects (but it took more than 5 minutes).
A friend gave us a movie and said I would "never guess who the killer is." I guessed it before the opening credits finished when they showed clean cut Blair Underwood was in it.
If I had not been told there were surprise twists in those movies, I might not have been scrutinizing them for the twist and would have enjoyed them much more.
