Kriek with a medium rare steak
Gueuze with oysters or other seafood (just did this with fried catfish last night)
Gueuze with goat cheese
Gueuze with eggs or other breakfast food
Brett saison with baked chicken and roasted potatoes
Brett saison with pizza
Gose or a clean golden sour (bonus points if aged tequila barrels) with Mexican food
Dark sour with BBQ
Basic kettle sours with your kitchen sink
