I have a Marina in the sour cabinet. That does sound like a great pairing. I try to pair a sour red, or a kriek with a steak.

It is a great beer, pleasantly tart, not enamel ripping. And the fruit really shines. It reminded me a lot of drie fonteinen lambic.
Another pairing I liked recently was a raspberry sour with a lamb rack.
