oh, and that isnt hacking a campaign, that is hacking a citizen...and we know Podesta wasnt hacked. He was phished.

Wasn't it also determined that our IC had the ability to disguise their IP to make it appear that Russians were doing the hacking?

Russia may be a reasonable suspect, but the most reasonable suspect would be someone with direct access to the information, like most whistleblowers.
