Hmmm.
Desperate times call for desperate measures as far as Russia is concerned. It will cause problems down the road...such as dealing with NK. Congress are a bunch of clueless idiots...plain and simple. I guarantee if we have to deal with Kim Jong-un...we will have Russia and China to deal with.

Maybe because Russia has a formidable armed forces with nukes and a trading partner while congress is full of bloated bureaucrats on the take from "special interests".
