Sure it is. There is no clarity from the White House or the State Department about Russia or any foreign policy.
Meh to reduction in regulations. How could any changes have already resulted in tangible results. Meh to the stock market considering Trump inherited a good economy. He is not responsible for optimism for Apple etc. His term is only 6 months old so it's hard to see any of his policies making much of a long term difference in such a short period. However, all of you sycophants believe anything.
