What will happen is, you'll put taxes on The Dope(tm) and they'll have to spend all that revenue (and more) to subsidize all the folks who will do nothing but sit around getting high all day.

I guess the same goes with all the people sitting home getting drunk all day...
At least get the tax from their weed... Let the lazy stoners pay for something..
