I have a strong feeling Finch is gonnabe appearing in that small basket of names the league buzz's about for head coaching jobs very soon.
Especially if we make the playoffs.

His name getting mentioned, maybe, but it really takes a lot to jump from assistant to head coach. A lot of guys get their name mentioned and stay assistants forever. Kenny Atkinson was the last up and coming offensive assistant for several years and he finally got a shot with the worst team in the league that had really bad future prospects (Brooklyn).
