The difference between a stalker and a member of the paparazzi is a camera if that person is deemed a celebrity. So couldn’t a “john and his date” if busted, say they were about to film a scene?
Obvious response would be to ask for certification, area not zoned ...
But it has enough plausibility to get one out of jam.
