A 17-year-old youth was identified as the victim in the fatal shooting on Cezanne Avenue Monday night and a 22-year-old man was identified as the victim in the fatal shooting on Rosenwald Road late Monday, said Baton Rouge police spokesman.
Armajae Smith, of 6880 Cezanne Ave., was found on the sidewalk near his apartment and died from gunshot wounds around 10 p.m., said police spokesman Sgt. Don Coppola.
Craig Thomas, of 4343 Denham St., was found dead on the ground next to his vehicle in the parking lot of 1188 Rosenwald Road early Tuesday morning, said police spokesman Sgt. L'Jean McKneely.
