Whereas when Wilt played, the only player who could possibly approach him in ANYTHING was Bill Russell in rebounds because Wilt's scoring average routinely exceeded the runner up by a 10+ margin. There were seasons when Wilt would record 24-24 averages at age 30+, literally insane. You talk about blowing away the curve, the Big Dipper destroyed the curve so thoroughly it was essentially the equivalent of him playing on all-pro level in a video game and the opponent on rookie. Compared to the mean of player production in his era, no one, with exception of Jim Brown and Don Hutson, dominated a sport like Wilt Chamberlain.
