This is interesting... They are fighting for quality, but equality to them is lowering standards for different groups so they can have the same experience/chance as others. That's not equality. Equality is treating everyone the same way.

Harrumph! Harrumph! Great point. I want the guy protecting my "rear" area to be a real soldier! Equality only counts if everyone can fight equally.
