I tried to have actual high level political conversations (not even debates) with them before the election. All they would tell me is that "Trump is evil, and by supporting him, I am supporting evil". This is from highly educated relatives.
That's when I gave up and started trolling. You can't have a debate or even a conversation with someone who has decided its a battle between good and evil, and you're on the evil side.
