I was not talking about population per se, more about "momentum" and the physical aspects of the city. The CBD has seen a ton of multi-family & hospitality development, which have created the potential for a great live, work, play environment.

I see momentum slowing and a general pessimism in the business community that was not there 3 years ago, when people were bullish on growth prospects for the city

Probably more of a statewide business observation than just NOLA.
