We all get that, but that was weighted very heavily early in his tenure. He hasn't sniffed 10 wins in a while, and was unwilling to make changes. Before you rail on me, I was a miles supporter up until the first game of 2016.

I completely agree he started 34-6 and was also 34-6 from 10-12, but was clearly sliding. As was mentioned elsewhere 2-7 his last 3 (or 4 using Mads smith lol) vs Bama, OM and Arky. 15-11 since 2012 in the SEC, that's not getting it done and he needed to go, that doesn't however change what he. He did have an overall outstanding run at LSU and I can both give him credit for what he did and recognize it was time for a change. Saying he avg 10 a year is accurate and it has nothing to do with opinions of the current coach. Trying to say he didn't avg 10 wins by counting 2016 as a season when he only coached 4 games is by definition having an agenda.

Contrary to what the O/ Pamoansky krewe post, it's not about Miles vs O.

No it isn't it's actually a fact. Did Miles win 112 games at LSU or 114? If the answer is 114 (the correct answer) where do you put those win? Do they go on his 2015 schedule? If so where? Do you add them to 2007? Where do those last 2 wins go? They go in 2016 a season he coached in counting in his career record as his 12th season at LSU. When a player is cut during a season do you erase his stats for that year? Should we erase Leonard Fournettes stats from last year because he didn't play a full season. If you can answer the question of which season Miles last 2 wins are a part of and that answer be anything other than 2016 I'll concede.
