A $10.00 RPI, 10 TEMP SENSORS for just over $1.00 a piece, and a program like Node Red and anyone with the slightest bit of tech knowledge can have something set up in under an hour that will monitor the temp, notify you of changes that exceed your set variance by email or text, and also trigger other functions in response like fans.
